Best PM in 15+ years, but not good enough.

He did some good things and some not bad things, but failed to do what the people need most, a better quality of life.

I have little doubt Andy Burnham, the most likely next PM, will still not really do enough, but we can hope.

How long did he serve? Two years or so?

So how do you vote? Do they convert a pub, or a mobile voting bus, or through (e)mail?
