It isn't a big thing in the UK either. Seeing as this is my first haloween ion my new house I asked a neighbour if I should expect and trick or treaters. Shes said most years we get some so I got some little chocolate bars in ready. I got exactly zero people knock on the door! XD
Not really celebrated here but it kinda gets some traction each year cause the kids like it, and it gives us a reason to drink. "We" [them religious ones] have Allerheiligen or All Saints' Day the next day which is a very boring compared to Halloween and isn't a free day so it doesn't count ;)
